Freedom of Information - What we publish

Our publications are organised into classes of information in line with the Information Commissioner's guidance on Departmental Publication Schemes. This site is currently being populated.

The information contained within these classes will be retained in line with the Department's retention and disposal schedules. The classes of information are structured within the following categories:

Classes for Customer Info

Class: Advertising of Tenders
Description: All adverts relating to current tenders open to public competition.

Class: Application Forms
Description: All current application forms which are required to be completed in advance of the Department carrying out a public service.
Class: Customer Care
Description: All current Ministerial and/or Board approved information concerning the provision of customer services e.g. charter standards, feedback from customer surveys etc.
Class: Frequently Asked Questions
Description: This class relates to questions frequently asked of the Department.

Class: Guidance on the use of Consultants
Description: This document provides all DOE staff with current guidance on employing external consultants.
