Freedom of Information - What we publish

Our publications are organised into classes of information in line with the Information Commissioner's guidance on Departmental Publication Schemes. This site is currently being populated.

The information contained within these classes will be retained in line with the Department's retention and disposal schedules. The classes of information are structured within the following categories:

Classes for Drivers and Vehicles Customer Information

Class: Drivers and Vehicles Advertising of Tenders
Description: Adverts relating to current tenders open to public competition.
Class: Drivers and Vehicles Advice Leaflets
Description: Current leaflets available to the public published by Driver and Vehicle Licensing Northern Ireland and Driver and Vehicle Testing Agency.
Class: Drivers and Vehicles Application Forms
Description: All current application forms that are required to be completed in advance of the Department's Driver and Vehicle Licensing Northern Ireland or Driver and Vehicle Testing Agency completing a public service e.g. a practical driving test. Please note due to security or copyright issues, not all forms may be available electronically.
Class: Drivers and Vehicles Customer Care
Description: All current Ministerial and/or Board approved information concerning the provision of customer services e.g. charter standards, feedback from customer surveys etc. regarding Driver and Vehicle Licensing Northern Ireland and Driver and Vehicle Testing Agency.
