The Policy Development Panel for Service Delivery (PDP B) deals with the development of recommendations on policy and strategy in relation to:

• E-Government:
  The use of information and communication technology to improve local government services. Also known as electronic, or online government.
• Shared Services:
  The same service providers used by all councils to produce organised and cost-effective results.
• IS Strategy
  A strategic approach to the use of information systems for the operation of councils.
• Customer Service Strategy and Procurement
  The development of efficient methods of providing councils services to citizens.
• Performance Management
