Regional Transition Coordinating Group
The Regional Transition Coordinating Group (RTCG) has been set up to carry out policy decisions across the 11 new council areas. These decisions are established by the Strategic Leadership Board (SLB) and the Policy Development Panels (PDPs).
Membership
Membership includes senior officers from local government and the departments from central government that have major functions transferring. These include:
- Department of Regional Development (DRD)
- Department for Social Development (DSD)
- Department of Finance and Personnel (DFP)
