Community Planning Sub-Group

Background
The Community Planning Sub-Group was responsible for:

• bringing forward proposals to effect the introduction of a new duty of Community Planning and a Power of Well-Being to district councils in Northern Ireland.
• working on recommendations (in conjunction with the private, public, voluntary and community sectors) which would recognise the diversity of each area by promoting the well-being of local communities
