Performance Management Sub-Group
Background The aim of the Performance Management Sub-Group was to propose arrangements for the new local government structure to perform more effectively. Key principles included the need to provide:
- a framework for efficient performance management
- a citizen-focused plan
- a value-for-money, affordable HR strategy
- an understandable implementation plan
