Human Resources

The aim of the Human Resources (HR) subgroup was to identify the key people issues relating to the RPA within local government as a means of informing both the new restructuring legislation and the way forward in delivering the new arrangements by 2009.

Recommendations to the Taskforce

The recommendations from the Sub-groups represent the thinking of key stakeholders on the key issues, to help inform the decisions of the Taskforce. Consideration of these issues is ongoing at this time.
