Performance ManagementThe aim of the Performance Management subgroup was to bring forward proposals to develop an effective Performance Management system for local government in Northern Ireland that monitors the performance of, and supports continuous improvements in the performance of, the seven new district councils that will operate in Northern Ireland from 2009. Recommendations to the Taskforce The recommendations from the Subgroup represented the thinking of key stakeholders on the key issues, to help inform the decisions of the Taskforce.
