Places to Visit

DOE maintains many historic monuments, country parks and countryside centres throughout Northern Ireland. Many of these are open to the public all year round.

We also coordinate a number of events with the owners of historic structures. Knowledgeable and friendly staff are located at most of the sites, some providing guided tours, as well as curriculum-based activities for school children.
