The Department has also compiled an information sheet Should any of the information in the documents, or on the F-gases page of the DOE web-site apply to your business, you may legally be required to take action. Please see the documents above, and/or the section on how to comply below. Please note especially that interim qualifications for work with F-gases in any sector are no longer valid, as of 4th July 2011. Ozone Depleting Substances ("ODS") Should any of the information on the ODS page of the DOE web-site apply to your business, you may be legally required to take action. The Department has sent a letter The Department has also compiled an information sheet Should you require the full details of the exact offences in any of the Articles of the EC Regulation, the attached document Guidance on how to comply with both F-gases and ODS legislation A specialist support team, F-Gas Support, has been set up to provide guidance for manufacturers, operators, contractors and others that make, sell or handle F-gases and/or ODS and associated equipment. It also helps regulators to promote compliance with these important environmental Regulations. A number of guidance documents have been compiled by F-gas Support.
