Emission Trading Aviation Scheme

The Chief Inspector of the Industrial Pollution and Radiochemical Inspectorate (IPRI) along with the Environment Agency (EA) and the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) will be the regulators for Northern Ireland, England, Wales and Scotland respectively. The three regulators have worked together with assistance from the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) to provide guidance and templates to assist Aviation operators to comply with the reguirements of the directive.
