Application and Guidance for activities requiring permitting under the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading System Regulations 2005.
All applications, annual reports and notifications with respect to an installation regulated under the above regulations must be submitted through the ETSWAP emissaire system.
You may still use the ETS3.2 for an application for allocation of allowances from the phase II New Entrant Reserve
The Regulations prescribe that a fee is payable at the time of submission for many of theapplications, details of the fees can be found in the charging scheme and on our summary charges page.
