ETS 8 Notification
This form is no longer available please use the on line system.
Operators are required to notify the Industrial Pollution and Radiochemical Inspectorate (IPRI) in relation to a variety of matters, including:
- any proposed change that affects the information supplied as part of the original application, the monitoring & reporting plan or subsequent variation applications should be notified to IPRI. This includes administrative changes such as contact details. Any non-compliance with conditions 1-9 of the permit as required by condition numbers 12 & 13 of the emissions trading permit
- any changes in capacity as required by condition number 13 of the emissions trading permit
- any anticipated cessation of a Schedule 1 activity prior to making a surrender application
- any temporary closure or expansion of the installation
- Notifications required by a New Entrant Notice of Determination.
However any proposed change in operation that requires a change to the permit should be subject to a variation application using fthe on line system
ETS 9 Application for a Variation to a Permit

An Operator may apply to us for variation of the provisions of their permit. There is a fee associated with the application although this fee may be waived for changes of a minor or administrative nature.
