Advertisement of Draft Determinations

In order to comply with the Pollution Prevention and Control Regulations (NI) 2003 an advertisement must be placed in relation to the application on the enforcing authority's website within 3 working days from the date of draft determination. There is then a 20 working day representation period for members of the public to respond to the notification.

The following applications have had Draft Permits created against them that are in the Public Register for viewing.
