Derrycloony Lough is a small lake east of Augher in County Tyrone.
The open water of the Lough contains aquatic plants such as white water-lily, yellow water-lily and blunt-leaved pondweed.

The lake is fringed by a ring of emergent swamp, dominated by common reed, water horsetail, bogbean and water mint.

Sedges, rushes and mosses, along with flowering plants such as wild angelica, and marsh cinquefoil dominate the fen vegetation. The fen vegetation has a rich invertebrate assemblage associated with it, including the rare beetle Laccornis oblongus.

A wide range of other semi-natural habitats adds to the conservation value of the site. These include wet heath, semi-improved neutral grassland, acid grassland, fen meadow and scrub.
