HISTORIC BUILDINGS GRANT  AID SCHEME

Historic Buildings Grant is now available towards the repair and restoration of  most types of listed building ( See List Below ).

EHS only offers grant assistance for the repair or maintenance of listed buildings and associated professional fees. Work such as extensions, demolitions, reinstatement and reconstruction (where there is a lack of historical evidence of detail and design), upgrading of insulation, electrical, plumbing and heating works are not eligible for grant assistance.  

Applicants who are not eligible for grant aid

Under the scheme the following owner categories are not eligible for grant assistance from EHS.
