This tiny lock keeper’s cottage is fully restored and open to the public. Home of the McLeave and Kilpatrick families who were lock keepers at Lock No. 3, it is displayed as it would have looked in the early part of the 20th century.
There is a visitor centre with interpretive material and cafe on the site. Short tours with specialist guides available.
