School Bus Transport - Occupancy Surveys


DOE commissioned observational surveys of home to school bus trips in May 2005, September 2005 and March 2008.  The purpose of these surveys was to measure the incidence of overcrowding, use of the '3 for 2' seating concession and standing. The relevant reports are available below.
