information may be difficult to read but its shape and colour are reasonably distinct. Usually
warning signs are triangular and coloured red. ![]() Compulsory
signs are round, and are coloured blue or have red boundaries. ![]() Information
signs are rectangular and have various colours e.g. on a motorway information signs have a blue background;
on primary routes information signs have a green background; tourist information signs have a brown
